From January 22 to January 25, K to 6th will be participating in the spirit week with the focus on Health Awareness.

Monday - Mental Health (Wear pajamas): Focus will be importance of rest and learning the meaning of mental health and what we can do to promote Mental Health for ourselves and others.

Tuesday - Tasty Tuesday (Wear the color of your favorite fruit or vegetable): Be prepared to share which food your color represents.

Wednesday - Wellness Wednesday (Wear athletic attire): T-shirts, sweatpants or sweat suits and athletic shoes. Physical activity is important to elevate your heart rate and burn unwanted calories.

Thursday - Think Safety and Prevention (Wear red or camouflage): Focus is on learning to prevent illness and injuries. Red means to stop and think about safety. Camouflage reminds us to fight off germs by washing our hands.
